We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, along with proof of purchase. To request a return, email us at trendhyve08@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and certain non-returnable goods cannot be returned. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. If you're in the European Union, you may also return eligible items within 14 days under applicable consumer rights.
